CareerCrackers provides invite-only tools, market signals, and limited 1-on-1 decision support for experienced managers and leaders navigating non-public hiring markets. Our Service includes but is not limited to:

• Career assessment quiz and related insights
• Invitation-based access to our platform
• Content, blog posts, and educational resources
• Events, interviews, and other materials

The Service is designed for senior professionals. Access to certain features may be restricted and granted by invitation only.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, systems, or data
• Use automated means (scraping, bots, etc.) to access or collect data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to it
• Transmit any harmful code, malware, or other disruptive material
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by CareerCrackers or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. You may view and print reasonable portions of content for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5. Career Assessment and AI-Generated Content

Our career assessment quiz and related insights may use automated or AI-generated content. Such content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. You should not rely solely on this content when making decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any assessment or recommendation.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerCrackers disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Career outcomes, job market conditions, and the value of our tools vary; we make no guarantees regarding any particular result.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareerCrackers and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CareerCrackers and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CareerCrackers operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

12. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CareerCrackers regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
